From a specific argument, each of the six tropes assembles fragments of Sister Lucia’s written memoirs. The excerpts stem from two texts: Fatima in Lucia’s own words and How I see the Message in the course of time and in the light of events. From the initiative of each composer, the program also includes other textual elements, based on the liturgical memory or on the Christian devotional piety. The project aimed to provide a choral music cycle, inviting six composers to work on each of the six tropes. Program Trope I. Memory | Choir and accordion – João Madureira |
