Christmas Message from the Rector of the Shrine of Fatima Dear Friend, In this holy time of Christmas, we would like to share with you the great joy of the Birth of Jesus Christ, Our Savior. We thank God for having us know such a great mystery of love. The Shrine of Fatima thinks that it has the mission of keeping on helping many people to receive this announcement. Not only because it is Church, but also because it is the special depositary of this message from Heaven, a message of peace brought by Mary, the Mother of Jesus. We believe that Christmas is that wonderful time of encounter of God with Us, the only encounter capable of comforting mankind in its sorrows, which are unfortunately many… We would like to be close to everyone; to that end, our prayer to the Mother of Jesus is the privileged means available to us. Please be assured of our friendship and prayer. We wish you a Merry Christmas! Fr.
